We find the leaks:

1. Infrared Testing: An example of a leak that you would not likely find on your own. This ceiling is cold, note blue area, because cold air is being pulled into it by our blower door that is forcing an in-draft. Ordinarily, warm air would be escaping here. 2. Blower Blower Testing: Others inspect visually and give advice; we get the numbers. Our measured tests tell you how many cubic feet of air your building leaks per minute. Often, we can trace the main sources of leakage to portions of your building, so you’ll know where to concentrate your efforts. Successive tests will show whether you’ve got the improvement you wanted – before you pay for it.

You’ll know what you’re getting: We test and quality assure all of our work to Building Performance Institute (BPI) standards – after we install and before final payment. We can offer such quality assurance as a result of intensive training, certification and long experience. Our work is further subject to audit by Efficiency Vermont and BPI.

We’re in your corner: We do the paperwork to get you the greatest cash back incentive that you are eligible for from Efficiency Vermont and others.

We’ve got options:

• We offer the full range of effective cellulose, sprayed foam and rigid insulations appropriate to your building’s construction – and your budget. We provide new windows and doors, but only when fully justified. We install programmable thermostats, needed venting.
• Cost and energy saving improvements to lighting, water heating and other quick payback measures are free to you as part of our work.  
• Our efficiency and safety testing of your heating system usually reveals opportunities to save through adjustment and tune-up. We can also show whether that your system efficiency qualifies you for a replacement incentive.
• We provide and manage all of the trades when you need a one-stop, “turnkey” job.
• We are EPA Certified Renovators. Work on your older building won’t be delayed, or unnecessarily costly on account of old, lead based finishes.
